Located in Nusa Lembongan, Indonesia, Shipwrecks is a quality right hand reef break that offers up a long barreling wave with performance walls interspersed for turns. The waves here have plenty of power and break for up to 250 meters over a coral reef.
What are the best surf conditions for Shipwrecks?
Gets good between chest high and triple overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard then step up as the size increases. This break is suitable for intermediate and advanced level surfers. The surf here is consistent (6/10) and will generally have a crew (6/10). The best winds are from the East or Southeast. The best swells are from the Southeast or Southwest. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing boardshorts or a bikini year round. Water temperatures range from 28 to 25 year round. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
